| Blanchard House is situated on a gently sloping hillside bordering Van Damme State Park and Beach. There is an expansive ocean view — a composition of beauty with rock formations and rugged bluffs, which has inspired many artists. The California Gray Whales can be seen just beyond the reefs in the bay during their annual migration. |
Our rate is $225 per day, and the offseason rate is $185/day. Rates include a $25 certificate for breakfast at the Little River Inn. |
 A spacious guest room awaits you at Blanchard House, with a private entrance and balcony overlooking the ocean.  The Blanchard House gardens are filled with many varieties of flowers, fragrant herbs and plants native to the area. The bird bath is a center piece of attraction for watching our fine feathered friends. Stroll down the path to the beach, or walk one of the many trails in the park, which include Fern Canyon and the Pygmy Forest. Golf and tennis are within walking distance.
